Lead Time if no Stock

• If an item is out of stock, our lead time is 14-16 working days, depending on the intensity of Load Shedding. Please contact our sales team to confirm stock availability.
• If an item needs to be manufactured on order, a 50% deposit is required on placement of orders, with the
  balance due before collection/courier. No orders will be released without full payment reflecting in our bank
  account. Manufacturing will only commence after the deposit is received.
• We make every effort to ensure prompt product delivery. The estimated date indicated on your order is simply that—an estimate. It does not serve as a guaranteed shipping date but rather offers an approximation of the expected duration for the manufacturing process. While, in the best scenarios, lead times can be shorter, in certain instances, they may extend, contingent upon the product type and the production batch size. You are welcome to inquire about the status of your order at any time. Please note that our customer service team may not be able to provide you with an exact completion date. Nevertheless, rest assured that we are closely monitoring your order, and it will be produced in the sequence it was received.

WHAT IS COVERED

• Structural Integrity: We provide a warranty for a duration of 3 years on the structural integrity of the rack. This warranty ensures that the rack’s core construction remains free from defects and functional issues for the specified period.
  
• Powder Coating: We offer a warranty for a period of 1 year on the powder coating of the rack. This warranty covers the durability and performance of the powder coating finish on the rack.
  

   

• Please note that our warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser for as long as they own the product. It becomes void when the product is sold or transferred to another individual. To maintain warranty eligibility, it is essential to follow our recommended fitment and installation procedures as outlined by Predator Offroad. Any alterations, customizations, or modifications to the original product design, functionality, or use—whether by the customer or by Predator Offroad—will result in the forfeiture of warranty coverage. The determination of warranty eligibility is solely at the discretion of Predator Offroad.

• Additionally, for products purchased through the Predator Offroad website or store location that complement our product line, we will honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES.

WHAT ISN’T COVERED

• Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Predator Offroad will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition Predator Offroad may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Predator Offroad product.

• No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or modification of, or any types of repair of, a Predator Offroad manufactured product.

• No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Predator Offroad’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, overloading, improperly maintained or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with Predator Offroad’s instructions or guidelines implied use made available to the purchaser.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

• Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Predator Offroad) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, and/or to any other person or property is excluded.
